The last day of trading in the company’s shares PHAL including the right to receive unit rights is February 26, 2021. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 1, 2021.
One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Twenty-four (24) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 3,00.
One unit consists of three (3) new shares and two (2) free subscription options (3:24 á SEK 1,00).
Trading with unit rights will take place from March 5, 2021 until March 16, 2021 on Spotlight Stock Market.
