· The acquisition is expected to increase Spiffbet’s casino turnover by more than 50 percent
· The acquired business will be swiftly integrate thanks to common platforms.
· Clear synergies exist between Spiffbet and the acquired business
· Purchase price corresponds to approximately EUR 3 million (SEK 30 million) on a debt-free basis. An additional consideration of EUR 600 thousand (SEK 6 million) may be paid if certain growth targets are met
